Started career in Chowgule Matrix Hobs Limited, near Hyderabad as Executive. After 2 years moved to Republic Forge Company (Public Sector), Hyderabad. Operating from Corporate Office and handling HR, Legal Section, Employee Relations & Training wing for 7 years. Then moved to Pennar Group, Hyderabad handled HR Generalist role for 2 years. Moved to Voltas, Hyderabad handled entire gamut of HR for 2 years. Till now worked with the General Engineering companies and wanted to work with FMCG. Moved to Nutirne Confectionery Company, handled entire gamut of HR for 9 years. Moved to Godrej Group worked for 6years at Mumbai and in Andhra Pradesh. Later the company was taken over by an MNC, Hershey of US, which is largest chocolate selling company. Worked at Ahmedabad and Andhra Pradesh for 6 years and have retired from the service on attaining the age of superannuation.
